REHABILITATION
Your therapist will evaluate your running form, pain pattern, leg alignment, strength and range of motion to help determine the cause of your knee pain. Modalities to decrease pain and swelling, stretching and strengthening exercises and exercises to help improve leg posture and alignment are performed. Your therapist will also instruct you on proper footwear and a stretching program. Your running biomechanics will also be addressed to help decrease the chance of further injury.
