Josh earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University Health and Sciences in 2018, but his journey in the field began long before that. Starting as a physical therapy aide at Advantage Physical Therapy in 2012, Josh quickly made a lasting impression on both patients and staff. His passion and dedication naturally led him back to Advantage after graduating—and in 2021, he proudly became the clinic’s owner and director.
With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, Josh brings a unique blend of fitness expertise and clinical knowledge to his work. Inspired early on by his mother’s resilience and dedication to health, he developed a lifelong commitment to fitness and helping others. His drive to better serve clients struggling with chronic pain and unresolved injuries led him to pursue physical therapy, combining both science and compassion in his treatment approach.
Josh is known not only for helping patients recover and thrive, but for creating an environment they genuinely enjoy being a part of. His goal is to make each session a positive, motivating experience—one that extends far beyond the clinic walls. His guiding motto, “Positive Thinking,” reflects the energy and optimism he brings to every interaction—with patients, employees, family, and friends.
