We are on a quest to find a dynamic Patient Service Coordinator who will be the front-line representative of our brand, ensuring every patient begins their journey with a positive experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a warm, welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from entry to exit.
  2. Manage patient intake processes, collecting and recording pertinent information with accuracy and sensitivity.
  3. Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling as necessary.
  4. Lead and optimize front office workflows, ensuring timely and efficient patient transitions.
  5. Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth coordination of patient care.
  6. Address and resolve patient queries, feedback, or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
  7. Manage patient billing and insurance inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  8. Maintain a high standard of patient confidentiality in all interactions.
  9. Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
